User Data Deletion

When you connect your Facebook account to Z-AUTO to post car listings to Pages and Groups, we store the following minimal data: your Facebook account ID, access token, the list of Pages/Groups you authorized, and the history of posts made.

Option 1 — Disconnect inside Z-AUTO (recommended)

You can delete all connected Facebook data at any time:

1. Sign in to your showroom dashboard at <your-showroom>.muaxebanxe.com/admin.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
3. Click Disconnect Facebook.

On disconnect, Z-AUTO revokes the access token and permanently deletes all tokens, Page/Group IDs, and related Facebook data from our systems.

Option 2 — Remove access from Facebook

You may also go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Z-AUTO and click Remove. The token is invalidated and the corresponding data is removed on the next sync.

Option 3 — Submit a deletion request

If you cannot do this yourself, email [email protected] with the subject "Facebook data deletion request" and your Z-AUTO account email. We will process and delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
